To ensure you graduate with the professional skills, knowledge, and experience that employers are looking for, the Mount School of Business regularly engages with the professional business community and reaches out to top executives and hiring managers to ensure that our graduates are at the top of their fields.

At the Graduate level, our MBA and MSOL programs offer market-relevant courses in business as well as interpersonal and leadership skills. The instructors bring a mix of academic and professional experience to the classroom, where you will learn by doing rather than just rote learning through lectures and textbooks. Instead, we integrate the theoretical with the practical in hands-on, experiential learning opportunities. Through the Mount’s graduate business programs, you will have the formal education to take you to the next level of leadership development.

Our students learn to be entrepreneurs who create jobs as well as entrepreneurs who develop new opportunities within existing enterprises. In either situation, you will be able to assess an organization’s strategy and successfully research, design, and implement strategic alternatives.

Our undergraduate students enjoy the personal and advising relationships with the faculty which ensures successful progression throughout the program. The paid part-time internships with corporations while enrolled at the Mount provide our graduates with opportunities to experience what they learn in class. As a result of these experiences, our graduates know what kinds of positions to seek in their first professional roles, are well prepared for those roles, and often earn job offers from their internship employers before they graduate.
