Biography:
Dr. Taggart is a professor and chair of the Department of Legal Studies and director of Paralegal Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, and an M.Ed. from Xavier University. A practicing lawyer, she has served as a member of the Approval Commission of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Paralegals. Dr. Taggart is also the Mount’s Faculty Athletics Representative to the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference and the NCAA and serves the NCAA as National Parliamentarian for Division III.
