Biography:
Katrice Quitter serves as the Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer at Mount St. Joseph University, where she continues on her family’s legacy of education, advocacy, and transformational change. Driven by a passion for ensuring that every individual, regardless of background, experiences, or identity, feels a true sense of belonging, Katrice has dedicated her career to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Katrice champions the creation of inclusive, humanizing environments where diverse perspectives are welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated. Her extensive experience spans schools nationwide, non-profits, and a multitude of organizations where she has successfully led DEIB efforts to transform cultures and practices.
Katrice is a strong advocate for the belief that every person has the social responsibility and capacity to influence change. Katrice’s work embodies her commitment to creating equitable and supportive environments, reflecting her dedication to making a meaningful impact in every space she touches. Her educational background includes a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an M.Ed. from Ashland University. When not at work, Katrice enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with friends.
