Biography:
Lisa Gick ’87, Ph. D., PCC, Program Director of MSOL and Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership. An alumna of the University, Lisa returned to the Mount in 2021 to teach full-time in our School of Business. With 25 years as an executive in the retail industry at Macy’s, Inc., Lisa is CEO and Founder of [curious] leadership + change agency, providing coaching and consulting for leadership and change initiatives important to individual leaders and organizations. A leadership researcher, Lisa has published a mixed methods study valuing the curious capacity of leaders in the modern world, and co-authored chapters on the emergence of leader capacity. Her research continues on the relationship of emergence to leadership and business strategy in the modern workplace.
