Biography:

Hannah Nartker earned her MBA from Northern Kentucky University and her Bachelors in Biochemistry from Mount St. Joseph University. Prior to working at Mount St. Joseph University in her current role, she was a laboratory manager and research assistant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.  

Hannah Nartker joined Mount St. Joseph University’s Division of Institutional Research in 2024 and currently serves as Assistant Director of Institutional Research. As a proud Mount St. Joseph University alum, she enjoys serving the community that provided her with so many opportunities during her undergraduate education.

In her current role, she is responsible for weekly reports pertaining to student retention and enrollment, while also supporting reporting efforts in data visualization and analytics through Tableau dashboards in both course evaluation results and grade reporting for various academic programs. Additionally, she supports federal reporting efforts, course evaluation distribution, and completion of various external surveys for the university. She enjoys opportunities for continuous learning and looks for ways to implement this into her daily responsibilities. While serving on university committees and subcommittees, she also assists with various work efforts and data requests for the university community.  

When she is not working, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside in nature, reading, and gardening. She also loves anything Disney and visiting the Cincinnati Zoo.
