Biography:
Melissa Rouse serves as the Manager of Alumni Engagement at Mount St. Joseph University, where she develops meaningful opportunities for alumni to stay connected with the Mount and one another. She plans and coordinates alumni events, manages engagement initiatives and communications, supports volunteer leadership, and collaborates across campus to strengthen lifelong relationships with more than 20,000 alumni.
A proud two-time MSJ graduate, Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the Mount. She is passionate about building community, fostering school pride, and creating experiences that celebrate the lifelong impact of an MSJ education.
