Mount St. Joseph University has recently been recognized in the Chronicle of Higher Education in the 13th Annual 2020 Great Colleges to Work For honor roll survey for small 4-year institutions.

The Great Colleges to Work For survey received responses from almost 41,000 people at 221 institutions. The Mount received recognition across several categories, including: Collaborative Governance, Confidence in Senior Leadership, Facilities, Workspace & Securities, and Job Satisfaction, Professional/Career Development Programs, Respect & Appreciation, Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship, Teaching Environment, Tenure Clarity and Process, and Work/Life Balance.
