Special spotlight on one of our phenomenal art education graduates Derrick Bell. He currently resides in Oakland, California, and is a remarkable middle school art educator and an accomplished painter. Recently, he was asked to curate and install an art show for Macy’s Department Store in Union Square in San Francisco that explored and celebrated the Art of African Diaspora. Derrick also organized an Artist Panel Discussion for the opening of the exhibit.
We applaud Derrick for his many accomplishments and look forward to his future endeavors!
