Get Involved in the Residence Hall
Living in the residence hall gives you a unique opportunity to connect with other Mount Students, while living and learning together. As a residence hall student, you will have many opportunities to engage in The Mount community. Getting involved allows you to make new friends, develop leadership skills, and engage with the entire campus community. Getting involved in the residence hall also has a major impact on your personal and academic success!
Here are Some Great Ways to get Involved in the Residence Hall:
Attend Residence Hall Programs
- There are many opportunities to attend fun, social and educational programs in the hall. Each Resident Assistant is responsible for planning and putting on programs with the goal of engaging students in the residence hall.
Residence Hall Council
- Residence Hall Council (RHC) is a student-run organization dedicated to be the voice and advocating for the interests of the students living in Senton Residence Hall and providing opportunities for personal growth and leadership development. Students that join RHC have the opportunities to serve in prominent leadership roles and put on large programs within the residence hall, such as The Mount Bingo!
Resident Assistant
- RAs are undergraduate student staff members that live in the residence hall. They help support the academic success, social development and personal growth of students living in Seton Residence Hall by creating programs, enforcing policy, and serving as a resource to students living in the residence hall.
